Pharmaceutical & cosmetic industry

For companies from the pharmaceutical industry, we produce apparatus, fermenters and tanks for the production and storage of products like parenteral drugs, suspensions, syrups and fermentation products, like pharmaceutical-grade water and WFI, in a separate area. The GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, including IQ/OQ, are already taken into account at the consulting and planning stage. Production takes place under the permanent supervision of our Quality Assurance department and ends with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and a cleaning test of the tanks and apparatus. In the field of cosmetics, we offer mixing tanks and storage tanks for many different products. These tanks are equipped with special stirring units especially tailored to the respective application – for instance, with scraper mixers, anchor mixers and propeller mixers.
